He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Stephen and Mary Alta Collings Downs; and his wife Shirley. He is survived by: his children, B. Kevin Downs (Cloeen) of Firth, ID, Beverly Foster of Chandler, AZ, Becky Bowden (Gary) of Milo, ID, Timothy Downs of Idaho Falls, ID, Brenda Weber (Jim) of Idaho Falls, Kenneth Downs (Stephanie) of Idaho Falls, ID and Kimberly Downs of Boise, ID; and his sister Clella Steinke (Bill) of Idaho Falls, ID. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
