He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Ward and Gertrude Ward (Stallings); his siblings, Lila Covington, Byron Ward, LuDene Loudy, Glenn Ward and Veda Leavitt; his son Rick Ward; and his great grandchild Gunner Wayne Davis.
He is survived by : his wife Sandy; his sisters, Yvonne Taggert and Beth Shirley (Wade); and his children, Wade Ward (Mary), Todd Ward (Tammy) and Lori Davis (Robert). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
