She is survived by: her husband Dan Carter; her sister Penny Walden (Larry); her children, Shauna Frost (Jeff) and Daniel Carter (Angie); her grandchildren, Hunter Perius (Nick), Carter Koopman, Marhi Carter, Ruger Frost, Kennedy Koopman, Reegan Harcourt (Kanner) and Dalton Carter; and her child ComiCon. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cove.
