He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Johnson and Jeannie Johnson; and his brother Brad. He is survived by: his significant other Gloria; his daughters, Tammy Montes (Danny) of Oca, Angie Piazolla and Anna Whitehead (Doug); his grandchildren, Josh, Matthew, Rylee, Shea (Hannah) and Evelyn; and his pet Spot.
