He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Fairbanks and Mary Fairbanks. He is survived by: his former wife Joan Gambrel; his brother Glen Fairbanks; his nieces and nephews, Excavating and Fairbanks Excavating; his siblings, Edith Loosili and Larry Fairbanks (Norlee); and his children, Tony Fairbanks (Charlene), Kelly Fairbanks (Jessica), Tammy Dey (Brad) and Candy Hamby. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
