He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvel Edward Brower and Mildred Celestial Howard Brower. He is survived by: his wife Joan Fransen; his children, David (Donna) of Las Vegas, NV, Jackie Banyai of Twin Falls, ID, Judy Johnson (Dan) of Roseville, CA and Jann Adams (Rob) of Twin Falls, ID; and his sister Geane Quinlin. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14. 5 great grandchildren.
