She is survived by: her husband Ronald Foukal; her sister Lynn Murphy; her children, Stephanie Johnson (Robert) and Ronny Foukal (Kaitlin); her grandchildren, Kolayna Askew, Adam Johnson and Ashley Emfield; and her great grandchildren, Keighan, Paityn, Zander, Kassadee, Lyla, Tanner, Layne, Adaiya and Judy.
Elaine made yearly contributions to Shriners Hospital due to the healthcare needs of her grandchildren. To honor her, in lieu of flowers, please donate to Shriners Children's Hospital.
