He is survived by: his wife Gayle Shelly; his daughters, Annette Hempleman (Dana), Tammy Millsap (Fred) and Kerry Eisenring; and his stepsons, Doug Norris and Shawn Norris. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
