It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Otero (Twin Falls, Idaho), born in Fruita, Colorado, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Gerrine; his parents, Ambrose Otero and Adela Marez Otero (Della); and his brothers, Fred Otero, Leroy Otero and Pete Otero.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Otero (Heather) and Wendy Schwertfeger (Gary); his grandsons, Brian Schwertfeger and Michael Otero (Kelsey); his great grandchildren, Parker and Lily Schwertfeger; and his brother Robert Otero. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
