He is survived by: his wife Debby Ward; his children, Jason Ward, Stacey Ward (Ryder Bennett) and Kori Calubaquib (Nicolas Calubaquib); his grandchildren, Paige Schoonover, Kaitlyn Jones, Niko and Korina Calubaquib; his great grandchild Brooks Schnoonover; and his siblings, Judy (Mike Youngman), Stan (Amy Ward), Penny (Gary Stewart) and Angela (Mel Morrison).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites memorial donations to the American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge in SLC.
