In the sacred silence of farewell, we release Joan Edith into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of our lives. She was predeceased by : her sons, Thad Cress and Cory; her sister Bev Anderson; and her brothers-in-law, Don Anderson, Dr. John Lowry and Harley Sizemore.

She is survived by : her husband Harold "Cork" Cress; her sisters, Barbara Sizemore and Joyce Lowry; and her brother-in-law Dan Cress (Shirley). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
