She was predeceased by: her parents, James Albert Neff and Iris Rosetta Hopkins; and her siblings, Mary Ann Neff, Carol Neff and James William Neff.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Roy Whittle; her children, Jerry Whittle (Stephanie) of Twin Falls and Kristene Watt (William) of Twin Falls; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Whittle, Elizabeth Whittle, Jacob Whittle (Brianna), Joshua Whittle (Lydia), Rebecca Whittle, Katelyn Whittle, Alexander Watt (Erin), Jared Watt and Raechel Williams (Hunter). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
