He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Capps and Belle Capps. He is survived by: his wife Lori Buster; his daughters, Kami (Travis) and Karrie (RD); his grandchildren, Dax (Hailey), Natalie (Jairo), Mya and Ronan; his siblings, Carol Meyer (Bob) and Steve Capps (Linda); his nieces and nephews, Susan, Mack, Ty, Sara and Tawnya; and his aunt Ila Capps. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
