He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Victor, Patricia Petroch, Carter and Luella Luther; and his father Gerald Martin Luther.
He is survived by: his mother Carmen Luther Kiska (Petroch); his brother Morgan A. Luther; his stepfather Frank Kiska of Gooding; his uncles, Robert, Johnny Batis of Tremonton, UT and Bob (Trina Fink); and his aunt Leanne Petroch of Gooding. He is also survived by several cousins and service friends.
