He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Karamie and Chase; his wife Vickie Rae Hine; his mother-in-law Georgene Mason; his sisters, Renet Miller (Marty) and Julia Friesen (Tim); his son Chase Bolyard (Sarah); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Hailey, Colton and Carter; his brothers-in-law, Tim Hine (Debbie), Gregory "Pete" Hine (Melanie) and Elmer Freeman (Pennie); his uncle Pete Albertson (Judy); and his aunt Nola Tippetts. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
