Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Phyllis leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ingalls and Helen Ingalls; her parents-in-law, Harry Buffaloe and Afton Buffaloe; and her brother-in-law Vern Buffaloe.
She is survived by: her husband Darrell Buffaloe; her children, Richard Buffaloe (Kathy) of Las Vegas, NV, Michael Buffaloe (Judith) of Pocatello, ID, Emily Peterson (Kim) of Pocatello, ID, Grant Buffaloe (Kristen) of Portland, OR and Karen Drayton (Brad) of Tooele, UT; and her brother James Ingalls (Sondra) of Twin Falls, ID.. She is also survived by her 21 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
