He is survived by: his mother Shanna Hoffmann Bingham; his wife Cindy Crandall Bingham; his sons, Skyler (Madi), Tanner, Parker and Cooper; his stepdaughters, Kristin Owens (Seth), Allie Scott (Jon), Hailee King (Scott), Carly Jensen (Joseph) and Kennedy Graham; and his siblings, Michelle Rhoads (Jim) and Jon (Hollie).
