He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Grandpa O'Toole (Grandma O'Toole), Grandpa Adfield (Grandma Adfield) and Grandpa Sauer (Grandma Sauer). He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Adfield of Jerome Idaho; his sister Shelly Warr; his wife Mary Jo; his children, Jason (Clio) and Lacy (Tyler); his parent Ollie Adfield; his siblings, Clay (Shauna), Robby (Wendy), Dennis (Julie), Bob (Michelle) and Terry; his granddaughters, Ashlynne, Aareah and Ainslee; and his caregiver Ginger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rosenau Funeral Home & Crematory (2826 Addison Ave E, Twin Falls, ID 83301).
