He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Adfield of Jerome Idaho; his sister Shelly Warr; his wife Mary Jo; his children, Jason (Clio) and Lacy (Tyler); his parent Ollie Adfield; his siblings, Clay (Shauna), Robby (Wendy), Dennis (Julie), Bob (Michelle) and Terry; his granddaughters, Ashlynne, Aareah and Ainslee; and his caregiver Ginger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
