He is survived by: his mother Joan Scheer Hansing; his wife Susan; his daughter Melissa Palafox (Jorge); and his siblings, David Hansing, Danny Hansing, Judy Styhl and Shannon Andreason. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
