He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Phineas Leo Cook and Thelma Leavitt; and his wife Colleen Byram Cook.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Ucon Idaho LDS Chapel (10854 N 41st E, Ucon, ID 83401). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
