He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gray and Thelma Gray (Simpson); his former wife Joyce; and his sister Carolyn McCoy (Gray). He is survived by: his wife Karil; his children, Karla Turner (George), Connie Kimmell (Paul) and Eddie Jr.; and his stepdaughter Brandi Davies (Brent). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
