It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karan Kay Lees of Wallace, Idaho, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on October 29, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Herb Kinsey and Dorothy Kinsey (Proffitt); her husband Bob; her son Bobby Lees Jr.; and her brother Charles "Chuck" Kinsey.

She is survived by : her daughters, Kari Hill (Joe) of Wallace, ID and Cindy Melvin (Tim) of Logan, IL; her siblings, Herb Kinsey (Mary Lou), Donna Sundstrum, Pat Kinsey (Janet) and Randy Kinsey (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Janeen Lawson, Robert Melvin, Matthew Melvin, Dylan Hill, Stephanie Hill and Morgan Hill. She is also survived by eight great- grandchildren.
