He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Elmer and Elaine Blanche Ludwick (Kottkey). He is survived by: his wife Bernice Ludwick (Stensgar) of Wallace, Idaho; his siblings, Tom Ludwick (Connie) of Los Lunas and Judy Ludwick of Osburn, Idaho; his children, Daniel Ludwick (Lisa) of Rathdrum, Idaho and Brenda Ludwick of Wallace, Idaho; and his grandchildren, Alison, Alexander, Jacob and Nikki.
