He is survived by: his mother Karen Cornwell; his wife Patrice Reimer; his children, Briana Toolson (Nate), Patrick Cornwell (Alyssa), Austin Cornwell (Alexis) and Kelsey Cornwell; his sisters, Carol Ozuna (Danny) and Susan Haaheim (David); and his grandson Collin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
