He is survived by: his parents, Wesley C Higgins and Lavinia Higgins (Stewart); his daughters, Kaitlyn, Songbird Christy "CJ" and Dreamer RoseMarie "Rosy"; his sister Tracy (Sam McClary); his nieces, Shawn and Sydney; his sister Susan Bradley; and his siblings' children, Emma, Noah and Chelsea Gannon. He is also survived by numerous other extended family and friends.
