It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Douglas Carter of Wendell, Idaho, born in Jerome, Idaho, who passed away on May 8, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ivo Glen Carter and Margie Hawks Carter; and his brothers, Vernon, Mark and Chuck.
He is survived by : his wife Corky Carter; his children, Jeremiah Carter, Amber Carter and Autumn Carter; and his siblings, Michael Carter (Ada), Tim Carter (Glenda), Gary Carter, Susan Carter, Dennis Carter, Cindy Carter and Teresa Carter. He is also survived by five stepchildren; nine grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; three step-great grandchildren.
