He is survived by: his spouse Marcile Palmer.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Wilford LDS Chapel (215 Teton Hwy, St Anthony, ID 83445). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Watch Video Wilford LDS Chapel (215 Teton Hwy, St Anthony, ID 83445).
