He was predeceased by: his mother Darlene Hazel Katherine Lambiaso (Freeburg); his siblings, Carl Lindon Taylor, Frank Eugene Lambiaso and Julia Mae Taylor; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Lambiaso and Junior Taylor.
He is survived by: his father Francis Frank Lambiaso; his wife Lovina E. Lambasio (Mack); his sisters, Marlene Lambiaso of Winter Springs, FL and Darlene Crites (Daryl) of Clarksville, TN; his sister-in-law Betty Taylor of Galesburg, IL; and his children, Lovina Mae Kirkpatrick (Kevin Kane) of Antelope, CA, Theodore Eugene Lambasio (Julie Ann) of Gilson, IL, Christel Suzanne Lambasio (Beau Justin Anderson) of Abingdon, IL and Samual Guy Lambasio (Brandi Noelle) of Galesburg, IL.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 and one on the way great grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Calvary Baptist Church in Canton, IL.
