He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Cooper and Gloria Rae Cooper (Sweet); and his sister Debra Cartee. He is survived by: his children, Nora Mann (Steven), Mariah Harrison, Cailey Cooper and Colton Cooper; and his siblings, Michael Cooper (Eve), James Cooper (Heather), Crystal Cooper and Connie Dowd. He is also survived by five granddaughters; two grandsons.
