He was predeceased by: his parents, William Baker and Elizabeth Baker (Guenther); his wife Jeannette Jones; his daughter Lucinda Baker; his grandson Ethan Higgins; and his stepdaughter Elaine Corbe.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Westfall of Joy, David Baker (Stacey) of Winter Haven, Amanda Rangel (Joel) of Muscatine and Robert Baker (Michele) of Parker, Colorado; his sister Beverly Fosdyck of Florida; and his close friend Cindy McDorman of Abingdon. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
