He was predeceased by: his parents, John McSperritt and Rowena Powell McSperritt; his daughter Donna Sue McSperritt; and his siblings, Betty Smith, Dot Walters, Bill McSperritt, Bob McSperritt, Frank McSperritt, Joe McSperritt, Eldon McSperritt and Jimmy McSperritt.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Hawkins (Tony), Debbie Martindale (Jeff), Amy Kelley (Bob), Melissa McSperritt (Paul Gonzalez) and Jeff McSperritt; his grandchildren, Jeremy Hawkins, Krista Perez, Matt Hawkins, Meredith Wilken, Misty Phillips, Lance Kelley, Lyndsay Cole, Christopher Stein, Kayla Stein, Jordan Stein and Jared Stein; Linda Duncan. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
