He was predeceased by: his former wife Joanna Sheehan; and his parents, Patrick Sheehan and Charlotte Sheehan. He is survived by: his wife Donna Sheehan; his siblings, Margaret Sheehan, Patricia Vanderpot, Joseph Sheehan and Barbara Miranda; his stepchildren, Wendy Jordan, Patrick Sheehan, Dennis Sheehan, Jr., Dina Schmidt and Pamela Brumley; his grandchildren, Michelle Houseman, Brandon Sheehan, Nicole Jordan, Courtney Brumley, Alex Dunk, Ryan Sheehan, Theodore Brumley and Daniel Schmidt; and his great grandchild Mia-Violet Houser.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Humes Funeral Home (320 W Lake St, Addison, IL 60101).
