Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Kathleen leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dean; and her daughter Donna Kaput (Jeff). She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Hayes, Darcy Mackaman (Todd) and Danette Hayes; and her sons-in-law, Tom Carlucci and Neal Huerta. She is also survived by grandchildren, 5 cherished great grandchildren and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
