He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John Baker and Caroline Baker (Fenstermaker); his wife Betty Jo Black; and his brother Jeff Baker. He is survived by: his sister Lora Brozovich (Tom); his sibling's children, Dr. John Brozovich (Samantha) of Aledo, IL and Amy Kratz (Ben) of Papillion, NE; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isabelle, Sophia Brozovich, Easton, Carter and Briella Kratz; and his close friends, Brian Holcomb and Charlie Brown.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gibson - Bode Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Ltd. - Erie (616 Main St, Erie, IL 61250). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Erie Cemetery (1439 Albany St, Erie, IL 61250).
