He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kloeckner and Mary Kloeckner (Wellinghoff); his siblings, Edward Kloeckner, Virginia Kloeckner, Agnes Huels (Paul), Vince Kloeckner (Kay), Rosemary Loepker (Paul), Margie Gamboa (Ed) and Robert "Butter" Kloeckner; and his sister-in-law Doris Kloeckner.
He is survived by: his children, Lyn Kloeckner, Cindy Neumann (Rob), Chris Toennies (Aaron) and Jill Voss (Ryan); his grandchildren, Alex Neumann (Leanne Tang), Julia Neumann, Kaitlyn, Coryn, Kinley Toennies, Archer and Alden Voss; his brothers, Ray Kloeckner (Joni) and Roman Kloeckner; and his brother-in-law Delmar Santel (Mary). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM at the St. Bernard Catholic Church (202 N Broadway, Albers, IL 62215). A Mass was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery (202 N Broadway, Albers, IL 62215).
He was a key supporter of the parish's annual Wurstmart, which he had passionately volunteered for over 35 years, as well as donating pigs.
