He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sr. Mitchell and Loretta Mitchell (Jones); his wife Paula Mitchell; his daughter Summer Jo Mitchell; and his brother Gerry Mitchell.
He is survived by: his daughter Robyn-Sue Mitchell; his siblings, Angela Mitchell, Julie Henshaw, Richard Mitchell, Jr., Phillip Mitchell and Troy Mitchell; his grandchildren, David Mitchell-Kell, Carson Mitchell-Kell and Charity Dilley; and his pet Savage.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Cornerstone Community Church (160 E Elm St, Noble, IL 62868).
