She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrol Fout and Thelda Fout (Moats); her siblings, Bernita Mae Fout and Cleon Fout (Walter Whetstone); and her daughter Rhonda Kohlman.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Whetstone; her children, Brett Speir (Jenny), Vicki Lear (David) and Brent Speir (Anita Scarlett); and her grandchildren, Caroline Kohlman, Marissa Kohlman, Stacey Gawthorp (Caleb), Brad Berberich, Colton Speir (Mandi), Rileigh Holman (Heath), Ryan Lear (Harley), Dylan Speir (Tara), Jacob Speir (Caitlinn) and MaKayla Speir. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
