She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cushman and Helen Cushman (Newman); and her husband Earl Etheridge. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Lorine Etheridge), John (Debra Etheridge), LaVerne (Jenelle Etheridge), Victoria (Raymond Fiedler) and Daryl (Michelle Etheridge). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Etheridge Family or to the Developmental Service Center, Champaign, where her great-granddaughter, Avonlea, is active.
