He is survived by: his children, Chad Swartout, Rhonda and Aaron Swartout-Olney; his grandchildren, Larz Reed, Sunni Olney and Summer Olney; his former wife Melody Dahl; his sister Wanda Miller; his nephews, Bruce Miller and Terry Miller; and his niece Sue Muhlenburg.
