She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Sally Frye), Dana (Paula Frye) and Jeffrey Frye of Muscatine; her grandchildren, Traci (Rich Maynard) of Muscatine, Todd (Tiffany Frye) of Clive, IA, Annie (Chris Thomas) of Bettendorf, Andy (Jess Frye) of Bettendorf, Zack (Kodi Frye) of Muscatine, Nicole (Mike Hogan) of Davenport and Jessica (Tom Roe) of Chicago; her brothers, Gene (Darlene Basala) and Dennis (Reeda Basala); her great grandchild Erika Kate Maynard; and her brothers, Robert, Donald, Marlyn, John and David Basala. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
