It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Nielsen of Aledo, Illinois, who passed away on October 18, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Floyd Mayhew and Veneta Braucht Mayhew; her husband Eugene Nielsen; her brother John B. Mayhew; and her nephew Jaycee Mayhew.
She is survived by : her great-nephew John Dale Mayhew of Reynolds; and her sister-in-law Leora Mayhew of Aledo.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be left for Mercer County Quilters Club.
