The memory of Shirley L. Hajostek of Aledo, Illinois, who passed away on May 22, 2026 at the age of 98, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Axel Craft and Martha Thomas Craft; her husbands, John R. Hajostek and Herbert; her sons, Jim and John Hajostek; and her siblings, Grace Yount, Mildred "Millie" Mital, Marilyn Harlander, Robert "Bob" Craft and Donna DeToy.
She is survived by: her children, Jan Harker of Florida, Joyce Howlett of Aledo and Joe Hajostek of Sherrard. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Farlow Grove Cemetery (2553 130th Ave, Matherville, IL 61231).
