He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Ullrich and Catherine M. Ullrich (Schuman). He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Penrose; and his children, Michelle Koucouvelis (John Ross) of Galesburg, Regina Olson (Mitch) of Oklahoma City, Michael Anderson (Megan) of Bakersfield and Jayme Crabtree (Michael) of Wyoming. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
