He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen and Floy Allen (Policheri); and his mother-in-law Sheila Hopkins. He is survived by: his wife Kelli; his sons, Joshua and Zachary; his sister Kelley Van Keuren (Jeff); his father-in-law John C. Hopkins III; and his siblings-in-law, Kevin Hopkins (Jemerie) and Shannon Hopkins.
