She was predeceased by: her mother Marilyn Slaughter. She is survived by: her father Joseph Slaughter; her husband Christopher; her daughter Bellinn; and her siblings, JoAnn Slaughter, Rachel Slaughter, George Patrylak and Roxanne Patrylak. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
