The memory of Charles Slack of Algonquin, Illinois, who passed away on September 24, 2025 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Slack and Dorethea Slack; his wife Elaine E. Bellin; and his sister Marion Peters. He is survived by: his daughters, Laurie (William), Patti and Cheryl Gilly (Brian); his grandchildren, Katelyn Lasso (Zachary), Veronica Patti (Andrew Patterson), Charles Gilly and Kyle Patti (Kelly); his great grandchildren, Omni Patterson and Levi Lasso; and his sister Dorothea Carberry. He is also survived by extended family from Elaine's side; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
