She was predeceased by : her parents, William Seitz and Audrey Seitz. She is survived by : her husband Robert L. Cook; her children, Tony Petitte (Denise), Karyn Jarvis (Ed), Steve Petitte (Gwen) and Sue McElderry (Jim); her stepchildren, Tammy DalBello (Carl) and Bob Cook; and her brother John Seitz. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Windridge Memorial Park Cemetery (7014 S Rawson Bridge Rd, Cary, IL 60013).
