He is survived by: his children, Jeff Polletta (Sylvia), Bryan Polletta and Aimee Dever (Rick); his grandchildren, Taryn Polletta, Jeremy Polletta (Kristianna), Nick Polletta (Melissa), Jason Polletta, Jessica Polletta, Annie Dever and Adam Dever; his great grandchildren, Tatum Cooks, Ray Polletta, Dax Polletta, Jordyn Williams, Lon Polletta, Jaxson Williams and Zachary Polletta; and his sister Karen O'Connell (late Gary).
