It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Zajaczkowski of Algonquin, Illinois, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jan Zajaczkowski and Maria Zajaczkowski (Pietrusiak); and his brother Leon Zajaczkowski. He is survived by : his wife Anna Zajaczkowska (Gandera); his children, Eugeniusz Zajaczkowski (Marianna), Alicja Rajski (Stanislaw) and Malgorzata Solis (Jaime); his grandchildren, Paulina Truchan (Jozef), Dawid Zajaczkowski (Wioleta), Sylvia Rajska (Zack Rafalowitz), Olivia Rajska, Natalia Solis (Joshua Bennici) and Krzysztof Solis; his great grandchildren, Adrian Truchan and Karol Zajaczkowski; and his brother Kazimierz Zajaczkowski.
