We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2025, at the age of 26, Keith C. Fernandes of Algonquin, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his uncle Paul; his brother David Ferndandes, Jr.; and his nephew Kaden Ramzy. He is survived by: his parents, David Fernandes and Pamela Fernandes (Goetschel); his brothers, Jason Fernandes (Regina), Kevin Fernandes (Jordan) and Kyle Fernandes (Yadira); his sister-in-law Brenda Ohlenforst (Marcus); his aunts and uncles, George Goetschel, Mickey Fernandes (Katherine), Rosemary Carpenter (Fred) and Gloria Fernandes; his nieces and nephews, Miranda Kelly, Kiani Fernandes, Kaylisa Fernandes, Shaelyn Ohlenforst, Logan Fernandes and Tyler Ohlenforst; his great-nephews, Jayden and Jameson Kelly; and his great-niece Stella Kelly.
